Went out for tacos with a friend. Ate all 3 and one tortilla plus a watermelon margarita. They were shrimp, carnitas, and barbacoa tacos. The street corn is hers. We were there for a few hours lol

and let me tell you that drink was strong 😅 it’s been a while since I’ve had alcohol.

Corn and made by the restaurant. All I kept thinking about was the carbs so one was enough to take the craving away lol

My home version of a mini charcuterie board, lol.

Artisan prosciutto, aged white cheddar and frozen red grapes: 209 calories.

Ate it all (surprisingly quickly!)

I tried a new thing I read about with frozen grapes. Take them out of the freezer and lightly spray cold Water on them, just get them damp. Sprinkle sugar free Jello powder (Whatever goes with grape) directly on them. I did it with raspberry and it I enjoyed it very much. It’s perfect for when you get a non chocolate sweet tooth attack. Btw, grapes don’t have to be frozen!

Morning snack: cherry tomatoes from our “garden” (not really a garden, really just various potted plants on our deck, lol).

I ate ten: 30 calories

Thanks for the tip! If I get my hands on some SF Jello I’ll try it out.

P.S. All my grapes are frozen at the moment...they were on sale a couple weeks ago and I bought a ton 🤣

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
