I just got my surgery date. February 12th. It hadn’t felt real till now that it’s actually happening. I know it might sound weird but now the nerves are kicking in.

My surgety date is also Feb. 12th! Very excited!

Everything so far is good, except i cuaght a cold. But i feel good otherwise. Are u getting all ur protien in?

Oh ok an thats normal i have one too i was told to keep drinking fluids it will dry up. Protein is going good so far except i only get 30g a day because i cannot stand Protein Shake anymore. My surgeon told me i need to have atleast 60g 🤢. Hows your Proteins going?
