Depends. Some people are very sensitive to acid or chile/spicy food after surgery. I know my chile tolerance went down—things are much spicier than they used to be. But I don't have any problem with tajín. I haven't tried chamoy yet, because the only thing I'd put chamoy on is mangoneadas or tostilocos, neither of which is anywhere near on my plan.

I had my surgery done 4 weeks ago. Everything i see or smell i get disgusted by. Last nights fruit session was the very 1st food i can keep down and it feel grossed out and that was because of the tajin and i kept it down. This journey so far has been so hard for me because I’m weak and can’t eat but today i feel better 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Taijin is awesome. I use it in cottage cheese, on mangoes, on grapefruit... everything lol.

I did a typo in that post. The name of the seasoning is Tajin. It is a "blend of mild chili peppers, lime, and salt". It is really yummy on vegetables, fruit, fish, cottage cheese... Practically everything.

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
