I am terrified About this .

i have very thin hair to begin with and I've seen people losing handfuls of hair . I'd be bald in no time 😩

I am 6 weeks post op and my hair has just been falling out like the normal amount but people say there is no way to avoid this

I have always naturally had thick hair but I have recently noticed my hair has become extremely thin. I used to break hair ties, now I use the little plastic black hair ties and can loop them three times and they don't break. I have a lot of hair falling out right now but I noticed that it is even and I also have hair coming back in because I have a lot of the little troll doll hairs 😂. I have noticed it is different for everyone, some people don't experience loss. Be sure to take a lot of Biotin. I take extra strength.

Eyeshadow ladies! I had this problem when I had the band surgery (it's out thank goodnesss) but you will lose hair inevitable... take your Vitamins Biotin wash your hair less times a week but use eyeshadow that matches your hair color and blend it on on your scalp this way when you're out in the sun it's not as noticeable.. it's only temporary.. Hair loss sucks but will regrow

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
