Pain when taking in liquids

I have a huge pain while drinking my shakes or Water. When the liquid go down it is very uncomfortable.

Everything made me gassy and bloated. These were the only ones that feel good going down. You can get it on Amazon, or Cosco. I like the chocolate, just ordered the vanilla. Make sure it says grass fed

Today my dietician said I can go to the mushy stage. But....it ain't happening unfortunately. Hurts so bad
