for me, it's not like a "stuffed" feeling like after too much pizza or sushi. it's just a very clear signal saying "that's enough". not painful, quite the opposite - it's a pleasant "i'm content" feeling where you immediately lose interest in eating food and look forward to doing something else. cool stuff. i was kind of worried what it'd be like too but honestly it's liberating. the hunger monster is gone and you can eat on your terms. still enjoy food very much. maybe more since i eat slower now and take the time to really taste food instead of satisfying a hunger. i've also never experienced nausea. nor dumping syndrome. i haven't thrown up even once. (i'm six weeks post op). and only a couple times gotten that backed-up feeling in the esophagus but that goes away within seconds.
