Wow, that's different. My preop had me drinking three premier Proteins per day but not for the first week post op. For that I have premier clear Protein and Atkins lift.

Me too, but they go on sale there quite frequently. I have gotten them for 12.00 before.

My favorite thing to do with Premier Protein is mix half a carton each of chocolate and banana, add a little ice and blend. It's a nice change from just drinking out of the carton. If I really want to get fancy, I add a couple tablespoons of PB2 powder and call it The Elvis.

My husband does the same thing, mixes chocolate with banana. I mix PBFit with vanilla but my favorite is Carmel. I'm three days post op so still on Clear Liquids only.

I have my pre-op diet starting on August 28th. I have to drink Premier Protein 3 times a day and that is all to shrink my liver for two weeks before surgery. Any suggestions on Protein Water?

The Protein powder should be with more than 20 grams of protein and very low sugar like 1 gram,

So my surgery anniversary date is on the 24th of this month, but I had my 1-year follow up early with my surgeon this morning (I have another 1-year followup at the hospital on Monday to get my bloodwork and labs done).
Anyhoo...my surgeon was very pleased with my results (and so where the office staff apparently, because 3 of the front desk ladies came by my exam room to give me props/high fives/generally gawk at me).
But get this: he asked if I would be willing to come in for a future photoshoot so that I could be on a poster! And I was all, ummmm....no thanks, LOL.

Today was a really tough day and I turned to food (and a watered down glass of wine). The interesting part was that I felt REALLY full after eating half my go to cheat snack, tortilla chips with cheese. So the GBP is doing its job!

The only way I can tell that I'm losing weight is from the scale and my clothes "getting bigger".
