I started my journey in Oct 2015 at 324lbs and as of today I'm 197! I'm happier then I've ever been...I'd like to lose another 25-30lbs but if I don't I'm ok with that!

Wow! You don't even look like the same person! Fabulous job! So tell us who are trying to los this much how you did it- what was your plan like?





I am 13 months out ...I try to at least get 75g of Protein a day...my calories usually average around 1300...some days a little less some a little more....I don't eat bread and stay away from breaded fried food. My Breakfast is always a Premier Protein shake. I just recently joined a gym about a month ago...I walked quite a bit last summer but didn't do a whole lot this past winter

      Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
      I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
