@@kim0518 oh nono don't worry I haven't had anything other then Water, Isopure and broth. The lean mean I was talking about was from pre op diet. Don't worry, I'm not straying from the plan:)

I have to @jackieemac.... that is kept this as my business only so coming to this forum and receiving all this support is so awesome. I have people on here that have been so warm and kind since day 1. It has made this journey a lot easier for me. I truly feel I have established some friendships on here as well.

I'm on the same boat. I was finally discharged last evening. My belly feels worst at home. I even weighed myself and looks I gain 2 pounds. My daughter said it's the Water from the IV. Very painful drinking broth. How's everyone with the weight and the drinking?

It hurts so much but I'm drinking slow.

I went through the same feelings. Mourning the loss of some fav foods. I really wish they discussed these feeling more before surgery.

I agree with un.be.sleevable. The tv commercials will get you! Since I had my wls, it seems as if every other commercial is an ad for fast/junk food. Netflix has helped me with my unhealthy cravings. No more regular tv for me unless it's the local news. And it helps it give the tv the finger when one of those commercials come on.
