Two weeks out with sore spots

Hi all, I'm two weeks post op and just recently have a tender belly. Not so much my incisions but more like center belly. Sore when I press. Only reasons why I'm concerned is because from day one I didn't have any discomfort. Probably just healing but is anyone else having this tenderness after two weeks?

I would not take any chances and call your Dr. Hope it's nothing serious.

Ya, I have an appt on Tuesday. I have a two year old wondering if its from him climbing up on me? Boys are no gentle lol. I have no issues with my liquids or eating the couple things I'm allowed so I'm thinking that's a good sign.

Just remember that your body is still healing. Just because your top layer of skin looks good doesn't necessarily mean the other layers are done healing yet. The six week guideline is a reminder that those other parts aren't all healed up yet.

Your right!!! I'm probably making a big deal out of nothing but the healing process. Have to remember to take it easy. I tend to forget that with two babies at home

I'm one week out and have had no pain but today feel a bit sore and bruised inside. Also my tummy looks bruised now so it must take a week or more for it to to come out.
