Thank you! I'm so happy I have made this decision . My weight on Tuesday before surgery was 350.5 and today when I was weighed I'm down to 341.6 . It was torture right after surgery because you can't have anything to drink after the surgery until

The next day but I didn't have any nausea so I was thankful for that! I'm excited to see what all of us do!

Haha I'm not sure if you are speaking to me but I will answer anyways lol

I'm feeling pretty great! I'm all Clear liquids for the next two weeks and then will

Move to full liquids for anther two weeks. I have been able to meet my requirements of 64 fl oz and 60 g of Protein every day. My pain has finally subsided for the most part. I have been able to walk about a mile everyday and lifting 7.5 pound hand weights just to stay active . I'm down 16.2 pounds from Tuesday . Ive had a really good experience thus far and I'm so excited to see what all we do on our journeys!

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
