Ok, so I think my weight gain began when I hit puberty before my peers and was ashamed of my excessively huge bust...it may or may not have ended up excessively huge, but it certainly was for other ten year olds, and now, with my weight (about 280 lbs), my boobs are still immense and immensely uncomfortable.

Question: after WLS, does the bust lose weight too?

Yes! I was you. Got my period young and was a c-cup by the fifth grade. Had sleeve 12/14/15 and was a 42 DDD. Just 4 months later I am 36 DD almost a 36 D. Back pain is much less. I would love to be a C cup so I wonder what it will be at goal.

Depending on your age, your breasts may be mostly fat. The older you are, the less breast tissue, and the most fat, are in them.

A friend of mine, who has lost 150# and is at goal, says hers are now so flat that she "rolls 'em up like socks and sticks 'em in the bra".

I'm planning on a lift after I get to goal.

Lol ... That's not something I'll be looking forward to as a NSV.

Mine are still large but in a sad saggy sort of way. I went and got fitted for a bra and had to get a moulded cup to keep them up and perky looking. I will most likely look into augmentation when I am at goal because they are a sad sad sight.

I was a 44G before surgery and I'm a 36G now. They are slightly less full (skin is a bit wrinkly if I lean over or am laying down and they are not as firm) but still the same cup size after a 110 pound loss. I still have a ways to go to hit goal, so no idea if they'll go down further. I have hopes that the wrinkly skin will firm up a bit, but so far they're holding in there as far as appearance, and I was actually not wanting to loose too much cup size wise (fine with losing band size) because I like my general shape.

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
