Coffee Protein Powder! Is it safe for us?

Recommended Posts

I ordered the Click in three favors. I found for my tummy it is too strong as a regular serving. I feel it tastes better and isn't rough on my tummy when I use half and mix it with vanilla sugar free almond milk. It definitely gives me a "kick"!

I just make regular coffee and instead of cream I use vanilla Protein powder. If I get coffee from Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts I get it no sugar and add either my unflavored whey or vanilla Protein Powder to it.

I used to do that it tasted so yummy and makes you full for longer~~

but then the brand I use had a strong smell of Protein ,,, I couldn't like it anymore and I had to stop T_T

lucky I manged to stop drinking from Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts or any other coffee shop .. if I went there with friends or on an appointment with someone or so I order nonfat sugar free latte (/^\)

but really! I think the coffee we make ourselves taste much better than Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts :P

I like them both. I don't buy flavored drinks. My fanciest order is dark roast coffee. I often get gift cards for free from Starbucks or Dunks so it doesn't cost me anything. Otherwise I just make my own in the Keruig or coffee press.

I drink click. I like it and it's easy ro make

really T_T

finally I found someone T_T

your nutrition is okay with it?

how is it? dose it have that smell like the Protein powder strong smell?

dose it make you full for at least an hour?

sorry i ask too much (/^\)

Are you asking if my nutritionist is ok with it? Honestly, I didn't ask. She's not my babysitter. She gives me information and I use that information to make my own decisions.

I haven't really paid attention to whether or not it has a smell though.

what makes me worry about it is the sugar so this why I ask about nutritionist opinion(/^\)

I live in So Cal and am selling unopened Click because my doctor recommended I stay away from any coffee drinks because of other health problems. Please contact me if interested.

I hit my stall ALREADY 🤷🏽‍♀️ been at 300 for almost a week. I’m not worried about it though, because I know that my body is healing. I’m not in a rush, I loss 30 pounds since surgery which was 3 weeks ago. I’m just going with the flow and staying positive. 😁

It's very common. Give your body a chance to "catch up" with its new reality and the weight loss will start again. Hang in there, I know it can be frustrating!

First Orangetheory class back after surgery! #347 for me. Determined to take things easy- especially those ab exercises. Looking forward to hitting #350 this week.

I loss 19 pounds my first 7 days post op 🙌🏽 (Water weight or real weight.. weight is weight to me.. I’ll take it lol) I make sure I keep my water with me 24.7 and I walk every chance I get. I cook dinner for my kids with no problems. I have zero cravings!  By next week I should be in the 200’s. Haven’t been there since high school 🥲

I had my surgery 11/17 and hit 299 this morning! :) Rooting for you!

Congrats I’m at 289 now. Its a wonderful feeling, right!?

Well, starting day 2 after surgery. Felling hunger pains again this morning and nausea, no vomiting. I think the hunger pains are coming from my stomach and not my pouch. Think I will call their hotline and speak with them about it. It is not terribly bad but it is uncomfortable. I do not regret getting the surgery though. I expected some discomfort right after, I just didn't expect the hunger pains.
