Hey this is my first weigh in since the challenge started. Sorry I was dodging the scale the entire month of July. I'm back on track now and ready to get these 10 lbs off!!!

It's sometimes so hard to admit that to yourself! Good for you for holding yourself accountable.

Are you registered another a different user name? I don't have you on the spreadsheet. If this is your first time weighing in, I can add you! I'll need your goal weight too if that's the case =)

197.6 this is because I was cheating but plan to have better results in the upcoming weeks. Continue to fight the good fight all. ;)

Thanks @@stephh!! Let's just use this week's weight as the start and for the weeks that I missed. My starting weight is 227. And my goal is 212.

Sorry, was traveling and didn't have access to a scale. Tonight's weight is 175.4, but feel free to just copy my weight from last week for this week. I'll leave it up to you. ^_^

      Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
      I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
