I have no idea how to use mfp. I need a lesson. How does it work? I have another app that tracks my food and i like that but every body us raving about this app so i downloaded it but it's like Greek to me. Assistance please.

Use the desktop version to sign up and get started and then use the app. It will make more sense that way. It's similar to WW or Livestrong if you've used those. I like it better than those apps.
