6. Skydiving. (I'm a thrill Junkie)

5. Get into some abandoned buildings for photography purposes. (Did I mention I'm a thrill junkie?)

4. Being picked up by a handsome buff man lol

3. I want to do those adult go kart things with my friends. I always have to sit out because of the current shape of my body.

2. Doing an escape room. Those look like so much fun but some of them are tight spaces.

1. This is my number one thing that I have to do no matter WHAT! Swim with great white sharks!!!!!!!

Can I respectfully suggest that you go to the pool now?

"Why?" you might ask.

Well, I tried walking and gyms when I was over 400 pounds. I tried all manner of exercise ... but my joints, especially my knees and ankles were under too much stress.

Someone suggested the pool. I worked up the courage and bought 9XL swim shorts and a 7XL rash vest (so no-one would see my rolls of fat) and headed down at 5am one morning.

It works. No joint stress while you're floating or wading.

The lap-swimmers were amused the first couple of times but I kept coming back and they egged me on. Some of them became great encouragement over the last two years.

The best part is, despite the initial fear, I have enormous lung capacity now. I can swim nearly three times as fast as I used to in 2015.

And now, it's a great assistance post-op in keeping my shrinking mass somewhat firmer. Swimming is a good fitness choice.

I love everything about this post! I second every single thing on this list!! (except maybe the horse-riding...I've done that before, and it will interfere with #10.... Couldn't even walk straight for 2 days afterwards.) I'll just list #10 twice. :)

Love this!!!

There is so much in my life that is right already, so this list seems pretty superficial. But here it is:

1. Family portrait

2. Join local scuba dive club that I've been lurking on for a year

3. Take a dream trip (again diving) with a single parents group

4. Meet mr right, and fall in love again.

5. Buy a new wardrobe

6. Be a lap swimmer, like every day before work

7. Learn how to do yoga

8. Play active sports with my kids

9. Get a mommy makeover (TT and lift)

10. Teeth bleached

Wow!! That is so fast! I hope I can do the same!!! Did you not have to do a supervised diet?

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
