Recommended Posts

God sleeved on April 29th, and my pre op weight was 325

Today I'm at 210. I feel amazing. I'm in the gym 6 times a week sometimes 2 times a day. Body fat percentage was at 28% day of surgery and now it's at 16%.

Hard work is an understatement. It's so hard staying away from certain foods. Complete change in lifestyle. The hardest part is ingesting Protein. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, not drinking while I eat

I am 2 months out and have problems getting enough protein... And some just don't sit well. Not drinking during meals has been okay for me, but waiting when I'm done eating is harder. I'm down 53lbs at two months. You're killing it!

I found it hard at first to get a lot of Protein. But after 3 months, I was having about 5 shakes a day. I would double scoop it in the mornings and have a shake before and after workouts. Other than that, just find something that tastes good I love muscle milk chocolate flavored
