I've been taking a mens multi Vitamin and a Calcium supplement it's about 2 months after surgery. Do you guys take anying else or something that has enough of both? I hate taking multiple pills.< /p>

I take Iron a few days a week because my multi does not have any Iron in it. (which I chose intentionally so I could take my multi and Calcium at the same time) Also I made sure my calcium has d3 in it which is something I was told I needed. Also you need to divide your calcium into smaller doses since the max you can absorb at any one time is I believe 500 mg.

So I take half of my Multivitamin dose along with calcium with my Breakfast.. then with lunch I take just calcium. Then with dinner I take half of a Multivitamin dose along with calcium. Then at night I take my iron if I need it. (I only take the iron on days when I don't eat a lot of food high in iron)

A multi Vitamin, calcium citrate and a B-12. Most of the nutrients I get though my food, but some things still show up in my labs as low. I customize my regemin after I have my labs.

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
