Try new positions. That's what I can't wait to get back to. There were positions I could do thinner (and yes younger) that I haven't done in ages because of the weight.

If you keep trying new positions, you'll find one that will get him and may not be as painful for you. Visit some of the sex sites (not porn if it is not your thing) to get ideas. Some of the books also give great ideas for what to try.

As a bonus he'll love that you're doing research...such a turn on for guys!

Haha I absolutely love this post. I have not gotten sleeved yet and this has made me more excited to be sleeved. Me and my husband have been married for 5 years and for the past three years I've gained lots of weight with my kids and haven't been getting satisfied in bed (mainly my problem) I get tired quick and feel icky being naked but I'm very excited where sex will lead us after the surgery! Thanks for the heads up :)

The inside of my thighs are sooooo sore lol. Not as much cushion there now i guess. Hey, might help tone them up more this way lol.

      Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!

      Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!
