YES I am real, YES I am a success story, YES you can have my number and call me if you don't think I am real, I have talked to many on the telephone from this forum and one other. my biggest question is how you lost your weight so quickly....

my sister and i sleeved in mx 7 weeks ago....we are losing very slowly and have stalled three times already....any advice?

Your pictures are amazing! We're all your procedures done at once? How long were you in Mexico? Prior to surgery and after? Did someonego with you? Sorry for all the questions.

I lost my weight quickly by exercising every single day, no matter what, I walked two times a day and worked my way up!
I did under 30 carbs a day.....NO rice, NO Pasta, NO bread, NO sugar! All protein~
I don't smoke, drink, or ever ever ever touch drugs.
I drank Water, I followed Drs orders, and always low carb, high protein!
No cheat days, no excuses, I was serious about the lifestyle change! <3
