January 2013 Sleevers?

Recommended Posts

I'm 3 weeks out and stalled for over a week. I'm getting in 700 calories a day. 60-80 Protein. Been short on the Water but got it all in today. Just wondering about the calories. How much should I go for?? I hate this stall. My husband seams surprised the weight isn't dropping off.

I stalled for a few days but I finally broke it. For me, it came down to eating real food. I think my body went into starvation mood, and I finally am kicking it into gear.

I seem to be stalling too...only like 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I know I'm only getting about 600-800 calories a day and that I need to add Protein Shakes back in...I was just so nauseated by them after the 3 weeks of liquids... Ok...going to CVS now to force myself to drink a Protein shake.....

I'm going on 3 weeks for a stall. I haven't lost anything. I'm one month out and I struggle eating real food. Almost everything makes me feel like I have to bring it up. I don't know what to eat now. I know I'm not getting enough calories or Protein in. I'm at a loss...

how much are you working out?? Are you really pushing yourself during it? I noticed when I excerise, if its too hard of a workout, I will stall, and than lose a lot the next week. I dance twice a week, and than do a dance tape once a week, along with walking during the day.

I just started exercising. I started Zumba classes and walking on a treadmill. I don't think I'm doing too much. I haven't worked out in a long time so I get winded quickly.

How many calories are you taking in daily?

Typically 500-600. I've had some days at 800.

I was a little stalled when I was that low and the weight didn't start dropping until I was in the 1000-1100 range.

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
