Thought it was gross. I haven't started a ore-op diet or anything. Just bought a few of those based on people's reviews here.what are some other shakes you all like?

Uugghhh..Nasty! Keep searching, it's hard to find one you like, but you will. Also, your taste may change after surgery "mine did," and what you found you liked, suddenly becomes nasty.

Did you buy ready to drink or powder? I think the rtd taste good.

Truth is none of them will ever be a sonic bananna cream pie shake. Find some you Can tolerate to have on hand after surgery but not too much of any kind. Most people's tastes and temperature preference change quite a lot .

I used the RTD shakes. Not a bad deal, 18 for $24, and they have 30 g. of Proteins in each.

Try the Costo Brand shake. It is really good. vanilla was kinda icky. I didn't go overboard with buying the shakes, because I have read that the taste buds change a bit after surgery.

i tried the rtd chocolate light. i know they will not be a milk shake but i just didn't like it at all. years ago i drank Isopure dutch chocolate. i will have to see if those are still around and check the carbs and Protein on those.

maybe if i plug my nose and drink it

thats weird cuz i love muscle milk the powder. My favs are chocolate N Cookies n cream flavor!
