U already a rock star..I'm using touch so if I make sum errors forgive me..u don't have that much to loose and don't be hard on your self ..I trying to loose atleast ten lbs.by Oct 20.

I'm going to c my Sergeon and he want me at 170 but u know how it goes..the last few lbs always the hardest to loose..its good wen we stall for awhile..becuz wen we start to loose again..we usually loose very Gud.inshallah.

u so close to ur goal..233 is very good so what is ur goal weight?

Oh and yes please step the walking up to atleast 4days a week for atleast 50 to 60 minutes and u will c a huge diffrence

Thank you so much for all your tips, I will increase exercise for sure..that is my challenge. I would be verry happy to weigh 160! This week I only lost 1.8 lbs. Best if luck you will lose those ten pounds I'm sure
