Ahhhhh I just noticed your location. Send some of that cold here. But only a little - when it gets to 70 we pull our leather jackets out and when it hits 50 the full riding gear comes out - chaps, full face masks, gauntlet gloves lol But it's still better than snow :)

You're not alone. I keep wondering if something's wrong with me. I was sleeved 6/1 and have no problems drinking my 64oz+ a day. Im real good about sipping and not chugging but a few times I have forgotten and chugged a bit much. Even then I feel a small restriction but it quickly goes away.

In the hospital I was given a bunch of two ounce medicine cups. They had me fill them with liquid and drink one every 15 minutes. I also had a sheet with the time in 15 minute increments on it and each time I drank a medicine cup within a 15 minute period, I marked it on the sheet. It was a great way to keep track and so the nurses could see how much I was drinking At Walmart in the paper goods section, they have these little two ounce cups with lids. They come 50 to a pack. You could get some of those and try to drink one every 15 minutes. Keep a tick mark for each one you drink. It might help the fluids from seaming so overwhelming because those containers are so small and drinking one in a 15 minute period seems easy.

Hmm that gives me a good idea. Why not take a Water bottle (I have several that I drink all the time and re-use anyway from the gallon jogs I fill up with good water) and make tick marks on that to make sure you are drinking enough? Hmm where's my black marker? lol

      Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
      I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
