I submitted my disability insurance weeks ago and I go in for surgery next week. I wanted to make sure they had all the paperwork while I was thinking clearly. Good luck!!!

I called a few weeks before surgery to get the process started. But, for me, I think you can technically do it the first week you're out

I was told by my Dr. office staff that I couldn't have the doctor sign off on my STD papers until the day I was released from the hospital. Then they would mail out for me. Does anyone know how long it takes to see the money?
