Pity Party For Me Today

While I love that I am down 27 pounds and I know there are stalls, I still want to feel sorry for myself today. In the beginning I was losing a pound a day and getting on the scale was a joy. Now that I am closer to my goal weight, I am only losing 1-2 pounds per week. I hate the cycle of working out, then that making me more hunrgy than I would if I had not worked out.

Ugh, just feeling sad today.

Thanks Dooter, I am back in the saddle. Going to the gym tonight and just going to plug away at it one pound at a time.

I've been feeling the same way. I've been losing about 1 lb per wk since the beginning.

Why, that is 27 lbs gone forever. I too workout daily and find that I must constantly fuel my body and eat throughout the day. I also try to drink a protien shake or cheese right after working out. I purchased one of those plastic shake bottles with the wire mesh mixer and take my protien shake and cheese with me to the gym so I can drink it right after my workout. Hang in there you are doing great.

Just curious..... You have lost 27 and are close to goal?? It surprises me that you were sleeved with only that much to loose? Did you self pay?

Ya missed a letter there she said closer to goal. Every pound we lose brings us closer to goal. I've lost 25 pounds and I am closer to goal even though I still have 111 left to go

I did self pay. I went to Mexico. I still have about 10 to 15 more to go. It was just coming off so quickly in the beginning.
