Thank you guys so much! I am on pins and needles! The Clear Liquids are making plenty of room for me to clean! I have shampooed everythig! Which, if you think about it is kind of awesome bc I have found I have so much time! Then, you get kind of disgusted when you realize that all of this "time" was spent eating, thinking about eating, cooking, snacking... It's very liberating! But, at the same time, my mind is playing tricks and I have sadness and loss for food. How sick and twisted is that? I am mourning Olive Garden breadsticks and baked ziti. Wow...

Day 5 of my preop was a bad day for mourning food. I know exactly what you are feeling!!! When that happened I came to this sight and looked at all the before and after shots and that made me feel much much better!!!!

I had a mourning period before surgery also. It was over once I woke up from recovery. Not even a blip on the radar. I'm really amazed with my lack of interest in food. I know eventually I'll have a bit of buyers remorse, but right now I am guided by my undying optimism. Instead of Olive Garden breadsticks, I play with Protein Shakes. It's the same enthusiasm. and enjoy your clean house. I wish I had cleaned mine before surgery
