Ok my sleeve date is July 9th but was told June 4th might be possible. So im good either way now that its approved I feel like ot will be here so fast. Before approval it crawled. Well cant wait to be on the losers bench!

I am July 9 also. I will be sleeved by Dr. Mario Almanza in TJ, Mexico. I am set for that day, have scheduled time off work and have purchased plane tickets, so there is no chance of changeing my date, but I am excited that you might get to do your own a few days earlier. Regardless, I am sure you will do spendidly!

I am July 10. I will also be sleeved by Dr. Almanza in Mexico. My plane tickets are purchased and I am not turning back now! i am very nervous but all the same excited.

I'm July 9th too!!! Absolutely cannot wait! While walking the mall was imagining being able to buy clothes that have zippers!!!! It's been forever since I've even owned a pair of jeans! Im ready!!

      Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
