That's great! I noticed a similar thing about holding the steering wheel steady with the top of my thigh. It's so awesome, isn't it?

I have the same NSV! I actually took a picture of it and sent it to my 2 best friends because I was so happy about it!

I remember when I looked down to see about 4 inches between me and the steering wheel that was rubbing on my stomach. I also looked down and saw my fly (you know, the top of my pants). I think the biggest one was when I slid into a booth with room to spare.

Booths used to scare me.

It is amazing the little things that tickle us pink now...

Shoes are too big!

Ring is sliding off!

Don't have to use a seat belt extender!

Can sit at more booths!

This is my MOST WANTED NSV. I cannot wait to be able to go and sit in a booth. It's a huge fear of mine, going out wondering if they're gonna have booths or tables. :(

I had to stop wearing my weddings rings. They were sliding off. Losing weight is fun! But losing my wedding rings would be devastating.

Yeah watch for that, I was At work and pulled on something an my ring flew off my finger it took an hour and 3 of us to find it. I went to Walmart and got a ring snuggie till I finish losing.

What is a ring snuggie? I know what a ring guard is, is this different? I'll have to check that out.

I guess it's the same thing. It is a little rubber thing that goes on the back of your ring. It came in a little package with 6 different sizes.

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!
