I messaged Alex and he said they took the chat program out because it was costing a lot to maintain on their server, and he could not justify spending the money because it was hardly being used.

I wrote back and told him if he ever decides to bring it back , to please but the button where we click clearly visible, and the reason it wasn't being used, was because nobody was using it.

If people want to live chat, message Alex and tell him you want it back. I think if he saw people really wanted it, he would bring it back.

I use my fitness pal and it always tell me to eat at least 1600 calories a day. I'm only getting in 800-900. I get in all my Protein, Fiber and liquids. Should I just ignore it because I just can't do it. I feel overwhelmed

Hi! I use MFP as well. You can change your goals anytime in the settings. You will get a warning at the end of the day telling you that you need to eat more. I just ignore that. You can also set goals for protein and carbs.
