calcium citrate +D is taken twice a day two hours a part. The liquid Multivitamin I take my B12 with my Biotin. My doctor said to take the multivitamin in the morning. Also drink your Protein Shakes and stay hydrated. Walk walk walk.I have to tell myself lol

My PCP's nurse gave me a sample of this powdered Calcium +D called UpCal. She orders it from Amazon.

Prilosec is my friend. Talk to your doc. Heartburn is extremely common with the sleeve.

I don't have that problem yet. Are you eating acidic food or sauce. I think it's best to ask your doctor. I pray you find what it takes to relieve your discomfort.

Yes very common. My doc prescribed Protonix. He said it will likely improve and it has started getting better. I'm starting to take as needed as oppose to every. Im almost 12 wks post op

I am so happy to find this thread...I wish there was a separate Forum I could search...I have a ton of questions n really don't wanna ask questions that were already answered ????...I haven't been sleeved yet...my 1st meeting with the surgeon is next Tues...I'm excited and nervous...as black women have how have you dealt with the weight lost?
