Low fat soy milk, I've had it in the past and it's not that bad, I can't give up my skuimmed milk though! Great for people w milk allergies, lactose intolerance and a good source of Proteins.< /p>

Funny you should mention it: I have milk with my coffee but I used to drink a glass or two a day before the operation. Haven't wanted to drink it since - sure, at the beginning it was a calorie issue, but now I'm just out of the habit. Nice. I do take a Calcium supplement daily.

I find that Hood milk works for me.. I purchase the fat free one in the green container. It is 45 cal..8 Proteins 3 carbs and 3 sugars per serving... its cool cause you can mix it with hot or iced tea to make a quick Protein Drink.< /p>

Currently waiting on a surgery date. Hope to hear soon. I have been fighting for the sleeve surgery for 10 years. I am so ready!

I haven't pooped in a weed and I'd love a 4 pound poo right now lol

Lol, yeah, I've been known to drop 3-ish lbs after a good (and long awaited) poop.

.....or even after a moderate to severe dumping episode. yikes.

I met with my surgeon on Friday.. I've completed all my tests and all my nutrition meetings as well as meeting the weight loss requirements for my insurance. We are officially submitting to insurance for approval and I was given a surgery date of January 16th 2020 (13 days before my birthday!) Fingers crossed all goes through

Ok, now im getting old...my body gets me up at my normal 5am dog walk even when it's the weekend, vacation, and most importantly when I'm sick. So now that I have more energy, my body wants to make sure I suffer even longer during the day when I have a cold! Damn being healthy again! (:D)
