3 month postop visit

Well I went in for my 3 month post-op. I have lost 34# since the day of surgery. My labs were all excellent. I was told this is on the low side for weight loss. My eating is fine. But was told I needed to exercise to have the weight come off. I know I have been so bad at doing the exercise. But if this is what it takes I will do it. I have lost 49# since starting my journey but the weight they really look at it the day of surgery.

I'm glad your appointment went well. Exercising does help, but I am lacking in motivation, severely.

I'm joining the Y so I can use the equipment plus do the fun dance classes they offer.

Congratulations on the 34 lbs. and the great labs! Those are two great accomplishments. Good luck with adding in the exercise, I've always found the toughest part is to start and build that habit.
