What have you tried? There are so many out there. I love the premier Protein ready to drink.

i've tried the a couple of the Protein Shots mixed with juice and such but the flavor is to strong for me and upsets my stomach, tried few different kinds of whey Protein and that upsets my stomach too. put that in shakes, smoothies and almond milk. Ill look into the Premier Protein too.

GNC has a good one that i liked over the others. Comes in choc, vanilla, fruit punch, and Cookies and creme. My doc said i could put a teaspoon of Peanut Butter in mine but i never tried it. Mixed w Water it really isnt bad. Mixed w milk when i could, not bad at all. Keep looking, you will find one you like.

If you're just looking to increase Protein, there are several "shots" at places like GNC, etc. Some are pretty high in grams of Protein ( up to at least 45 grams ) to take at once. They are so small, less than 4 ounces, I couldn't imagine anyone not being able to tolerate a couple sips of them.... just hold your nose. :)

I use Unjury Protein Powder from the weight loss center! I also mix in Peanut Butter powder ... From Giant Foods/Martins! The Protein powder is chocolate! Tastes like a Reece's peanut butter cup! Yummy!

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
