I am 6 days post op and my stomach is bloated. Anyone else have this symptom?

Normal take gasx and make sure to walk and pass the gas. Exercise!

Don't forget our chest cavities were filled with air or gas or whatever they use and blownup so the dr could move around in there and place your band. Then he sewed your port to the inner walll of your abdomen so it is normal for it to be swollen and no doubt irritated. It will go down in time as your body heals....i i hope you feel better soon!

Yes all normal, I think it was a good month before my bloating disappeared.

My tummy was swollen for about a month. It will go down it takes time. Remember they put gas inside you and everyone is different...

Normal, just get your pants out with stretchable waist and take a walk. Also, use gas-x strips for relief. best wishes. Karen

Thanks I will do. I do have lotsssss of gas. I run from myself when passing it. Urgh. Lol
