What are good protein shakes?

I have tried both Bariatric fusion and Bariatric Advantage. I liked the vanilla from advantage. It didn't have a funky aftertaste in my opinion. I like the orange creme. It reminds me of a dreamsicle ice cream pop. I purchased the fusion on that because I got it from the doc's office(they are actually switching from fusion to advantage). Anyway, the orange was kinda mild in the shake, so I added a little sunshine orange crystal light and it adds the pop of orange flavor which is great.

Anyway, I hope you find something you like!

One Protein option I found today was unflavored. I added it to chicken broth, and didn't notice anything distasteful or nasty. No artificial flavor, no sugar, no sweetener, and not bad. I reached my limit on chocolate flavored stuff and needed some alternatives.

Just keep in mind that your surgeon might not want you using them all the time. I bought a bunch of the stuff only to find out that my surgeon wants me eating my calories, not drinking them. Oh well.

Yeah, my surgeon says no Protein shakes but my nutritionist (given to me by him, mind you) says I must!! LOL LOL LOL :mad3:

I just drink 'em anyways and having no problem now losing weight... I guess it is different for everyone.

I have tried soooo many of these darn Protein powders! & my taste buds changed! shake I thought I liked, didnt taste so good when that's all I could have all day! lol there is a difference in trying them while u r still able to eat "real food" lol but the one that is pretty good is at Walmart $19.99 Pure Protein 100% Whey Protein 25 gm Vanilla Cream 140 cal 2.5 gm fat. Tastes great in skim milk.. Good Luck!!
