i have 2 Snacks at work also

so i would not say i am going without food in between

but i am keeping it to 1200 cals per day

cept weekends are harder!!!

It sounds like you are on track...I carry snacks every day to work...sometimes I eat them, sometimes not. If you can stay in your calorie range then I don't think you need a fill. There is no rule that you have to have one - you'll know when you need one.

I'm four months out too and no fill. I don't feel like I need one plus I'm scared to get one and have difficulty with it.

my thoughts exactly!!!

i had an appt yesterday for a fill and called to reschedule

my son graduates from college in June and i dont want to have ANYTHING go wrong between now and then

i will be in the car for days and dealing with my EX

i think thats enough for now

38 down

yes i do eat between meals

must have Snacks, have always been that way

just keeping it at 1200 total per day

so maybe the 17th of June i will get one, maybe not

i eat to fast also i know and i drink with meals

try not to drink much but do have some liquid with no probs

i know that wont be the case after a fill

plus doc is 2 hours away!!

thanks for your help and take care !!

If you aren't hungry all the time, you don't need a fill. For me, my hunger was much less just when I got the band then I had one fill and bam, it was totally gone.

Did he put Fluid in when you had the band placed? Mine did. I had 4 cc after surgery. Didn't know that until went for 6 wk visit. Have only had one fill , so I gave 5 cc and good restriction. Down 61 lb in 3 months. Guess it is different for everyone

That sounds like what my doctor would do. If we are losing 1-2 lbs a week he doesn't see any need for a fill. If not, and we aren't having any problems, then he will consider giving another fill.

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!
