LOL! 80 pounds is wonderful! Its good to take pics like this and keep and save... When i was 310 pounds i took a picture of myself ( I was just banded ) and i have since deleted it as i was embarrassed.... I am now 253 pounds and would give anything to have that picture back as motavation!

Hey, I am glad that I came across your pictures. You and I about the same in surgery date, weight, and height. I was just about to loss my focus until I saw your lbat 193. Thanks you look grezat. Are you at the goal you want now? People tell me that I am at a good size, but I still think I can loss more. What about you? What size are you wearing now? Sorry if I am being so nosy, but it is good to see someone so smiliar to me. You look great btw.
