When you gown up the little sister that's bigger than the big sisters, life can be a challenge. I'm the middle child of 5 siblings and I've always been the heaviest. They are all sizes 0-4 and I was at 219 at age 13. After my Daughter was born Dec 2009, I weighed in at 276 lbs at my 6 week check up. Things had to CHANGE... Being overweight led to self-esteem issues which eventually led to me being in an abusive relationship for 8 years. When I deiced to have the Lapband, it was the 1st step in a number of steps to be a better mom and a better me.

Now 90 pounds down and 1 year free from an abusive relationship, I feel WONDERFUL!!!!
