I have been fight with weight since I was in the 6th grade.   Up and down on the scale to a point I did'nt but any scales.  Diet after diet just to gain it back and then sum.   everyone has the same story and everyone who is fighting and now dealing with it. At times everyone has their demons and we fight everyday in hopes to win the battle.  with lap band I feel there is hope for me but some time I feel did I take the chickens way out?  For me my journey has began back in May of 2009 and today I can say I feel better the I have in such a long time.  I swim every day because that iswhat I really like to do.  I know  that all is said and done to I really love myself and what I have done for me.  I put myself first now beacuse I know I won't be any good to anyone else with my health.
