....so i must admit and say i am not doing my part 100%....but i have been trying....things for me are just so hectic with school now and 10hr shifts at work i have not been able to exerise like i need to so i get pretty bummed about that at times...been having issues keeping things down this past week too..don't kno if i'm too tight or just too stressed...doc's appt is tuesday so we will see...

hey mimi!...i am doing ok i guess....lol..no really i'm fine ....it's just been a really slow process for me so far...trying not to be discouraged so early...my doc keeps telling me everyone is different and not to worry...but i am looking for that BiG jumpstart!!...i need that jumpstart so i can be mentally motivated!...i just have been so busy being a mom, student, and working...

....disappeared for a minute...school and work are keeping me well occupied...hope everyone is doing well...stuck at 253...it's been slow, but worth it!...as long as the numbers continue to come down, that's ALL that matters to ME!...#happilybanded!

....6 days after first fill, down 3 more lbs...can't wait to get reach 20 lbs lost..6lbs shy of that short term goal...i'm determined to get there before my next fill: ) ...

...i've been MIA for a minute...doing some last minute traveling before returning back to work next week...anyhow, first fill was today and i am feeling well..no extra weight loss yet, but i am not discouraged...had a tragedy in the family so i know that has a lot to do with my stall ..but it's OK...I'M BACK on TRACK!..

....post op doc's visit went well today....thank GOD my doc let me skip this week of full liquids...i was starved!...lol....11 pounds down...YAY me!..

....i made it past the "what have i done to myself" phase...and i must say, everyday that passes makes me realize this journey will get easier and easier with time...i just have to be patient: ) ...i am happily banded!..
