Got to, got to, GOT TO get back into the running today... my 5K was four weeks ago and I've only run three times since then, instead of three times a week like I should be! BOOOOO!!

I woke up at 7am on a flippin' Saturday after working 26 hours the last two days; it's 45 degrees outside; someone kick me and make me go for a run!! Kick hard.

Ohhhh, I see. You have to have a widescreen monitor in order for this to look and work normally. Crap.
