  1. I have lost 65 pounds so far, and six months in I hadn't had a fill. Now after my fill, I end up drinking a lot of liquid to be able to tolerate any kind of bread. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it hard for you to loose weight do to this because you end up flushing some of the food through and being hungry faster? I don't feel that hungry but I am a little worried about this.

    you shouldnt be eating bread at all,because it will get stuck,it will definatley get stuck if you try to flush it down because liquids will make it swell


  2. I am serious love this show and its only been on twice.. I think its awesome that they profile people who are hard workers and also have serious shruggles in their lives.

    Being one of Hardworker that seems to never get noticed its awesome to see other hardworkers get noticed :confused:

    Anyone watched the show?

    i just adore the show,i watched it for the first time last nite,and cried my eye balls out.....


  3. Ok I had another fill last Thursday and now at 6.5 cc. I am confused to when am I full, I think I am eating past the point of being full. I havent gotten sick yet, but it kind of feels like I have something stuck for a few min. then it goes away. How do I know when I am full, any kind of input would be helpful.

    it depends on the person,as for myself,my nose starts running when i am full


  4. I'm having a little trouble understanding the role of Protein in our diets. From what I understand, the Protein is meant to fill you up and make you feel full longer. Is that it? Or does it actually boost your metabolism and help with the actual weight loss? I was banded on 9/20, and I'm just not hungry at all. I'm getting an average of 60 grams of protein and 64 ounces of fluids (whether I feel hungry or not). Yet I've only lost a couple of pounds. I totally understand this is a time for healing, but I'm wondering if I should try to force down 20 more grams of protein.

    the reason for the protein is that we dont lose muscle during our weight loss.protein builds muscle.
