Congratulations, that is very exciting news!!! You should be very proud of yourself!!! You can keep your co workers in the dark even when they start to realize that you are losing weight. One thing my girlfriend told me is that once she told her co workers they started to watch whatever she ate.
I am 4 days away from my surgery and you are an inspiration, thanks for sharing!
