Starting full liquids tonight, going in for my 3rd fill.

Hi Jackie, how're things coming along? How're coping with the band? I'm sorry I haven't kept in touch, I dont visit the site much anymore and there have been some changes with my job - all good - but keeping me busy! .

I've dropped a little bit more weight but not much. I have good and bad days but I try to stay positive and focus on my end result. Let me know how you're doing.

Bringing in the treadmill, it's time to start working out again.

Had to put my treadmill in the garage to make room for the christmas tree. I figured I'd walk around the block or school field...sad to say, that hasn't happened yet.

Feeling great, clothes are fitting better and I'm wearing my high heels again. Even my feet have slimmed some. LOL
