Ihave had my and a little over a year and have lost little over a hundred pounds but I still have a lot to loose. My weight loss has slowed down now. I am trying to find other things to keep me occupied. I am on here a lot too.

Hello, looking for support with the lap band. I still have the same cravings even though I can't eat as much but I want to work on the desire for the stuff I shouldn't eat.
