Happy bandaversary!!!! How are you doing with it all? I'm down 23lbs so far. It was slow going for awhile but things have picked up now. Have lost 4lbs this week so am happy with that. I've joined the gym and starting to really put in some work which might explain the weight loss too. Hope you are doing okay and are melting away:-) Catch up with you soon...Sandi xxx

Hi there, always here for words of encouragement I'm doing well with everything. I have my first fill tomorrow! yikes!! I am simply following the dietary guidelines the doctor gave me, everything he says, i do! I was quite successful losing about 46 pounds before surgery, my personal goal was 40 just give myself a good jumpstart and get me that much closer to goal Keep in touch!

Thanks so much for the encouraging comments on my blog. I was banded on 7-21-2010 and as of this morning I am down 25lbs and 2 sizes. I really feel great and I thank God daily for this band! It is really the tool I've always needed. Sabdif it has not been an easy road for me to follow, but the rewards have been worth every sacrifice! How are things progressing along with you since your band?

Hi LaDawn...just checking in with you. I've had my surgery now and am doing really well. Had it on the 11th and am down 16lbs, so I'm happy with that. Looking forward to my first fill. How are you doing?

Glad to hear that you are doing so good. Well done!!!! I'm down 16 lbs and haven't had my first fill scheduled yet. Looking forward to it. How was it? Was it painful/scarey? I'm such a sissy...lol Again congrats on your weight loss and even better size 16 shorts!! Can't wait til I get down that far!! xxx

Thanks for the message! I'm doing really good! I'm down 20 lbs, and today I got in my size 16 shorts! I'm so excited, my other ones are falling off of me. Had my first fill yesterday, haven't noticed a change yet, but I'm back on liquids for 2 days, so I doubt I'll notice until I'm eating again! How are you doing?

Hiya....just checking in with you to see how you're getting on. Are you having any problems with the band? I'm doing pretty well. I'm not feeling any restriction at all. The nurse said that would be normal and that you usually don't until after the first fill. Just want to get on to my after pictures...lol Take care and hope all is well!! Sandi

Hiya Jsc...I was banded 2 weeks ago and am already down 14 pounds so I am well pleased with that. How long did it take you to get to where you are? Your pics look like you're already there :-) Can't wait til I start seeing results like that!! Well done!!
