Good morning,wow!!! Ur doing great!!! How many weeks did u do clear liquids? Did u add any excitement to the menu...because i know it gets boring!!! I do understand about the shakes.i'm tired of them already!!! 6 more days!!! I haven't drop any more pds yet...there r days when i don't want to drink,but 2...ur weight loss is going fast...if u can think ofany helpful tips please hit me up...i'm sure i'll be asking as time goes on.have a blessed weekend n keep up the great work gurl...gwen

Hey, I am down 28lbs, I didn't tell a lot of people because i didn't want to have that feeling like they would be watching my weight better than me, i can eat solids, after a while those shakes started tasting like liquid cardboard!

Good Morning and thanks for the request.How is it going? Has it been hard keep food down and eating nothing..lol We are about the same size and I wonder how much weight have you lost since th surgery.I'm doing great on the shakes,but I'm ready to eat something other than water and shakes...11pds down in sevn days and I have seven more..How is people treating you? can they tell you are losing..238 was my highest,but I don't want to drop under 150.It all depends on your weight loss,you may or mayn't need alot of fills...Keep up the god work and keep me posted.God Bless,Gwendolyn

Good Morning,I hope all is well.Thanks and let's keep in touch.I've lost a total of 28pds as of today! I went to weigh in today and I had lost 11pds in seven days from te shakes!! wow..I was shocked...seven more days to go.It's hard,but you do see the pds flash before your eyes..Good luck and keep me posted.I'll post pic's afterthe first week..surgery on the 9th..I'm soooo excited.Have a Blessed week,Gwendolyn

Hi, I had my surgery 4 weeks ago, I havent had a fill yet, but I do understand it's hard, girl its hard even when you don't work in the food service industry, if you have any questions feel free to ask everything is still fresh in my mind LoL!

Hope all is well...how's it going?? I'm banded on the 9th of june...a lil scared,but sooo ready...is there anything i need to know,that would get me more prepared before n after surgery?? Is the weight loss still at a good pace?? Well just got in from work,so i'll chat witcha later. B blessed.

I'm soooo excited i got my surgery date approved today!! I'll be banded on the 9th of june!!! I start my new directiion shakes on 5/26/10...can't wait 4 change!!!

Good evening babygirl...thanx for the compliment!! I took a fitness n wellness class for the semester and it taught me how to eat again along with my 6wks course @ lapband classes...every week i took away unhealthy foods n added exercise 3x's a week..no chips,fried foods,candy,pop(not even diet)...sooo basically fruits n veggies,whole grain breads,bake meats n drinkin alot of water...my calories decrease and that's how i lost...some of the members who couldn't lose started on their new direction shakes early n that helps too.i hope that helps u.good luck on ur sucess...take one day at a time...have a blessed night...keep me posted..

Oh I read the date and thought the surgery was today! How exciting this time is. Let me know when your scheduled, were probably going to have the surgery close to the same date =)
