Cheryl, there is some discussion regarding a link between aspartame and auto-immune disorders, such as fibromyalgia. It was thought by many to be the band, but now it appears to be diet related. I don't know if you use aspartame, but if you do, avoiding it might help your condition. I don't use it, since it gives me aural migraines.

Why did your pouch dilate? Mine did, just slightly last year when my stoma just closed up, almost completely with very little fill. Since a complete unfill in June, I'm still dealing with band damage to my esophagus. Eating is a pain.

i am most afraid of my grandbaby being ashamed of me because of what i look like...the insecurity monster is still nearby and all those years of dieting ups and downs and comparing myself to whomever def has took its toll...but she will now be able to see her meme healthier and def more happier. and that is what made me take that final push to do something about it..to be (healthy). not a number on a scale. but to be able to push her around the block in her stroller. i can now.

You need a new bariatric surgeon who is experienced at revisions. Best of luck to you

I keep a bowl of cucumber, peppers, and onions in vinegar in my fridge at all times. Then when I can't fight the beast that is head hunger it is something very low in calories. It usually does the trick for me.

Sorry to hear about your insides. Follow the doctors orders. I am happy the band did help you lose 90 lbs. That is amazing.
