Grew up "chubby", went to college "chubby" but became all out obese in my 30's.  Tried every died in style, would loose 20 or 30 then it all came back then some.  Lap Band came to my attention when a friend of mine showed up at a ball game so much thinner.  I asked "how" then the research trail began!  Gastric Bypass was out, too much re arranging the insides of my body, and I have NEVER had any hospital procedures done, I even adopted my children, so the most minimal surgery I could have sounded great.I have went to my regular physician for the 6 months, and just received the insurance OK, so I am rareing to go, but totally nervous.Rest of the story soon................
